Terms and Conditions - (READ First) - Buy online - Pick up at store locationH3 Furniture store policies and terms:

   H3 Furniture will arrange for your order to be picked up at the store location. We currently don't offer to ship. You can buy them online and pick them up at the store location. It takes 1-4 weeks for your order to be ready. In most cases, it can be ready in a few days.
   Please note that H3 Furniture is not responsible for the furniture assembly. Products can be purchased from store website (on-line) as for your convenience. Purchased items must be picked up at store location which is (6520 E Pine St, Tulsa, OK: 74115). That is you can conveniently purchase online, and pick them up at the store location. Currently, we don't offer to ship. however, we can offer local delivery at an additional fee if REQUEST.

Local Delivery & Shipping or order Pickup
   H3 Furniture doesn't offer to ship, but for any reason, you can't pick up your orders, we can accommodate to handle the local delivery to your residential if request. Call the store for more info.
  1. Curbside Delivery (locally): We can bring your goods on our truck curbside of your address, and you will be responsible for accepting shipments as well as bringing it to your residence. If you live in tower apartments, shipment will be outside of your apartment complex.
  2. White Glove Delivery(Locally): H3 Furniture offers the delivery and sets up your furniture inside your resident if you request. That's called inside "Delivery & Setup" or "White Glove Delivery". Our people will assemble your new furniture and set them up according to your satisfaction before leaving your resident. No removal of any old furniture.
   At the present time, H3 Furniture doesn't offer to ship by other common carriers. H3 furniture only offers local delivery to Local residents only. Before making the purchase. Customers are responsible to handle the delivery of his/her own from the store location. If the customer wishes to handle the shipping themselves ... call H3 Furniture to arrange the shipping pickup by carriers. Orders will be inspected before your shipping pickup. (see Cancellation).
   Most of the furniture order from our website is ready to be picked up at store location within 1-2 weeks. In some cases, it might take up to 4 weeks to be ready. We will notify you when your orders are ready to be picked up at the store location.

Local delivery only - No shipping:
   Most orders are ready within 1 -2 week, however, depending on our suppliers and availability and its locations and product type that you order, sometimes, it takes up to 4 weeks to complete the order and be ready to be picked up or delivered. date. If you need your item urgently it is best to call us to get estimate date of your order at (918)960-3440.
   Local delivery is not offered online with your purchases... If you need local delivery, call the store to make a request. Our local delivery(curbside) or setup result in additional fee.
   If you have special requirements for your delivery please contact our Customer Service department and we will be glad to assist you.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:
   After the local delivery scheduled by customers. The delivery must be received by customers at the time we arrived (4 hours timing window). If no one there to receive the merchandizes. Customers responsible for missing delivery fee plus additional new delivery.
About Refunds and cancellation and Exchange:
   Mattress and Bedding and linens are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
Cancellation requires 25% of restocking from total purchase. In some cases, it can be up to 50% of total purchase.
   Customers must inspect your items while at the store location to make sure they are in good condition. H3 only exchange defected items... return Items must be in unused condition with original packaging, so we can return to our suppliers.

   Please note that images of products displayed on the H3 furniture website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors. H3 Furniture always tries to get the good and clear image from our suppliers that give the views of the products as closely as possible.
